Sizzling tuna sisig is one of the popular Filipino dishes. This has been considered the main dish and is best served with a cup of warm white rice on the side—some people enjoy pairing this sisig with a cold beer or any alcoholic drinks.
The composition of this dish is mainly tuna chunks, chopped white onion, chilies, and eggs. There are several versions of sisig available today. It started from the original pig’s face skin to a more healthy tuna sisig – my favorite.
