Craved for pasta recently? Have you been hunting for some pasta food house nearby, or hoping to cook one yourself, but don’t know how to? Kiss the worry away as we teach you how to make your day extra delightful!

What time is it? Is it past the time? No, it’s PASTA TIME!

Background

When we talk about pasta, we can’t help but think of Italy as its place of origin. But a research has revealed that it actually from Asia! During the 13th century, it was told that a Venice merchant and explorer named Marco Polo brought pasta from China to Italy. Pasta is “paste” when translated to Italian, and it makes sense since the food is made of dough, eggs, and water. It is made with some wheat flour like durum, which is quite a sticky one. Now pasta is not anymore limited to some long noodle, but it now comes in different sizes and shapes.

How long does it take to cook the vegeroni pasta?

The typical noodle for spaghetti takes about 10 minutes to cook. Vegeroni pasta takes almost the same time cooking with the spaghetti pasta. However, let’s consider the amount of pasta we’re cooking— the more the pasta, the longer it takes to cook.

Is it healthier to eat vegeroni pasta than any other pasta?

Vegeroni is vegan and has no artificial ingredients added. It is made of wheat, flour and eggs. It’s non-GMO, so I can assure you that this is safe and 100% healthy!

Cooking Tips

  • To achieve pasta that’s al dente, careful not to have it overcooked! You can use a timer to get the perfect firm pasta!
  • Add sugar and salt only gradually. Doing so will make it easier to adjust according to desired taste
