- Brussels sprout
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Onion
- Pepper powder
- Paprika powder
- Bell pepper

- Salmon fillet
- Prep ingredients by slicing the Brussel sprouts into halves and then mince the parsley leaves.
- Crush the garlic then slice the onion and bell pepper.
- Marinate each side of the Salmon with pepper powder, paprika, and salt.
- Grill the salmon in medium heat, then set aside.
- Pre-heat the pan with cooking oil, then add butter till melted.
- Prepare to sauté crushed garlic and sliced onion.
- Add the green beans, Brussels Sprouts, a dash of pepper powder, and salt.
- Sauté altogether.
- Add 1 cup of coconut milk, then add 1 cup of water.
- Mix till boiling.
- Add the grilled salmon and continue to cook in medium heat.
- Add bell pepper and green chili.
- Add water if needed then let it boil.
- Serve hot.
